If you are an existing patient registered patient with the surgery, you can access online services to make appointments, request repeat medication or view your medical records. Online services can be accessed via smartphone apps such as the NHS App or Patient Access (other apps are also available) or via a web browser.

To register for online services, please come to the surgery with a photographic identification so that we can grant you access. You will be provided with an access code allowing you to register and create your own login details.

Patients are required to come into the surgery to register for online services so that we can verify your identity. Online services grant you access to your confidential information so it is important that we verify the identity of anyone that wants access – we cannot grant access to anyone else but the patient themselves. Parents of children can get access to online services as a ‘proxy’, if the child is aged 13 years or older will be asked to give consent (access will automatically switch off when the patient turns 16 years old).
