The benefits

- Access information anytime, anywhere.
- Help the environment by reducing paper and postage waste.
What to do
- Update contact details – it is important to ensure the GP surgery has up-to-date contact details for you at all times. Updates to your contact details at the GP practice will automatically transfer to the breast screening service database.
- Look out for a message – Recipients (eligible patients) will be sent a “Your letter for NHS Breast Screening” message with a secure link provided. Simply click the link and enter Date of Birth in the format DDMMYY to access and view the letter on our eDocs letter portal
Prefer paper letters?
If you prefer to have paper copies of your letters, that’s not a problem. A paper copy will be automatically posted to if the link is not accessed within 48 hours. Alternatively, a request to be sent a printed copy in the post can be submitted via a link in the message sent.
