Celebrating GP Patient Survey Results

Important: GP Patient Survey

The annual GP Patient Survey is carried out independently by IPSOS, on behalf of NHS England, and helps to understand patient experiences of their GP practice.

We are pleased to share positive results from the 2026 GP Patient Survey for Ordnance Unity Centre for Health. The results show that many patients had a good experience with the practice compared to averages for the Integrated Care System, or ICS covering the boroughs of West and North London, as well as the national averages for the key questions.

Overall patient experience remains strong

Overall, 77% of patients described their experience of the GP practice as good, which matches the national average and is above the ICS average of 75%. This is also a significant improvement on the survey results of the past.

Patients praised our reception and admin team

We are very pleased that 88% of patients said our reception and administrative team were helpful. This is higher than the ICS average of 83% and the national average of 85%. This is a great reflection of the hard work of our front-of-house and admin teams, who support patients every day.

Patients found it easier to use our website and NHS App

The survey also showed strong results for digital access. 72% of patients said it was easy to contact the practice using our website. This is higher than the ICS average of 57% and the national average of 58%.

Patients had confidence and trust in our healthcare team

We are also pleased that 94% of patients said they had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to. This is higher than the ICS average of 92% and the national average of 93%. In addition, 94% of patients said the healthcare professional had the information they needed about them.

More patients felt their waiting time was right

The results also showed positive feedback about appointment waiting times. 75% of patients said the time they waited for their appointment was about right, compared with 68% across the ICS and 69% nationally.

Thank you to our patients and our team

We would like to thank all patients who took part in the survey. Your feedback helps us understand what is working well and supports us to continue improving our services.

We would also like to say a big thank you to everyone working at Ordnance Unity Centre for Health. These positive results reflect the care, dedication and hard work of the whole practice team.
